On July 10, 2026, Zhao Xuewen of the New Media Department, passing downstairs of the Gaojie Group Trade Center at Jingfeng Center in Jiangning District, encountered a high school student working as a part-time food-delivery rider who suddenly suffered heatstroke. Zhao Xuewen promptly cooled and rescued him, dispersed the onlookers for ventilation and heat dissipation, and continuously replenished his fluids until medical staff arrived. Thanks to timely rescue, the young man ultimately escaped danger and is now fine. Afterwards, the young man offered a red envelope as thanks, which Zhao Xuewen politely declined. The young man left a sincere thank-you message on WeChat: "You saved me at the best possible time."

Under the high temperature, the heatstroke victim was confused and had cramps in his limbs-a very urgent situation. Facing the sudden incident, Zhao Xuewen did not hesitate at all, immediately stopped his schedule and stepped forward to help. As a veteran who had also participated in medic rescue training, he relied on solid first-aid knowledge to rescue the heatstroke victim at the first moment, quickly helping him relieve physical discomfort and escape danger, and safely escorted the young man to the hospital. The whole process was meticulous and steady, buying precious treatment time for the young man.
