“Breaking Through Mindsets, Charging on the Front Line," Gaojie Group's Sales and Technology Departments Convene Annual Ideological Mobilization Conference

All market front-line personnel gathered together, using mindset breakthroughs to lead operational breakthroughs, and pooling tremendous strength to seize market opportunities in the new year.

At the conference, Chairwoman Yao Minmin articulated the Group's management philosophy and team-development logic around the core idea that "the lifeblood of management lies in leading by example, and the foundation of growth lies in teaching by personal example." She emphasized that managers must set an example themselves and lead the team with a "wolf spirit," just as "the leader sets the tone, and employees will follow." Only through cascading leadership and leading by example can a truly combative and excellent team be built.

Regarding team growth and platform development, Chairwoman Yao Minmin proposed a development path of "letting some grow prosperous first, then lifting others, and then growing together," encouraging backbone employees across sales, technology, and other lines to grow and break through first, thereby driving more partners to progress together. She pointed out that the Group's six consecutive years of growth are inseparable from the management wisdom of "people-oriented, reasonable leadership." Individual capability and platform value reinforce each other; only when the Sales and Technology teams "achieve mutual success and remain forever inseparable" can they deliver outstanding results again in the new year.
