Recently, Gaojie Group achieved substantive progress in its strategic advancement: the Group's digitalization program, the Overseas AI project, and the ASME certification project have been officially launched in concert. The three projects correspond respectively to the Company's operational efficiency, the level of technological intelligence, and its international market access capability, together forming the core framework for capability building in the next phase.

The three projects proceed from the same strategic judgment and point toward the same goal.
Digitalization focuses inward—linking the data and processes across every stage, from design, process planning, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, shipment, installation, commissioning, operation, to O&M, into a single complete, continuous, and traceable main thread. The Overseas AI project focuses on upgrading technological capability, putting artificial intelligence to practical use in products, engineering, and services. The ASME certification project focuses on external recognition, enhancing the Company's access to high-end international markets through comprehensive alignment with internationally authoritative standards.
The three mutually reinforce one another: digitalization provides the data foundation and process conditions for AI applications; AI provides an intelligent outlet for the results of digitalization; and ASME certification subjects the outcomes of the first two to the testing standards of the international market. Launching the projects in concert helps reduce duplicated effort and shorten the implementation cycle.
- Group Digitalization Program
For a long time, data breakpoints have existed between the various stages of engineering projects: between design and process planning, between manufacturing and inspection, and between delivery and O&M. Information is repeatedly transcribed at handover points, which undermines efficiency and hinders the continuous accumulation of experience.
As planned, the PLM system will receive design data upstream and interface with ERP downstream, enabling online approval and full-trace documentation for material creation, multi-version BOMs, drawings and documents, and change workflows. At the same time, AI application directions have been incorporated into the project from the planning stage, providing data support for design, quotation, and cost estimation.
Centered on PLM system implementation, the project will simultaneously deploy ZWPD 3D plant design software and the SolidWorks 3D design platform, forming an integrated toolchain spanning product data management, process design, and mechanical design. The three components have clear divisions of labor yet connect with one another.
The core task of this project is to connect the entire process and cover the full lifecycle. For the Company, project delivery will shift from fragmented, ad-hoc execution to reusable, standardized operations. For customers, it means shorter delivery cycles, clearer process control, and more complete quality records. For Gaojie, every project will no longer start from scratch, but will build on existing accumulation and move forward.
2. Overseas AI Project
The launch of the Overseas AI project marks the Company's formal incorporation of artificial intelligence technology into the development of its product and engineering systems.
The project focuses on bringing technological capability into real business scenarios: improving the efficiency of scheme generation and verification in the design stage, enhancing the accuracy of parameter calculations in the process stage, and strengthening condition monitoring and trend prediction in the operation and O&M stages—so that projects distributed across different countries and regions receive timely and effective technical support.
At the same time, the project works to transform the form of knowledge. Work that previously relied mainly on the individual judgment of senior engineers will gradually be converted into recordable, trainable, and reusable models and algorithms, building a technological capability the Company can hold over the long term and reducing the risk of key expertise being lost due to personnel changes.
3. ASME Certification Project
ASME certification is the universally recognized authoritative code in the field of international pressure vessels and pressure equipment, and an important prerequisite for relevant equipment to enter high-end international markets. The ASME certification project is launched precisely to meet this market-access condition, directly serving the Company's market deployment in North America and Europe/the Americas. Obtaining the corresponding category of ASME stamp authorization means the enterprise is qualified to design and manufacture pressure equipment in accordance with the code and have it recognized by the North American and European/American markets.
Advancing ASME certification means the Company must comprehensively align its design methods, material control, welding procedures, inspection and testing, and quality management system with international standard requirements. This is a systematic undertaking involving cross-departmental coordination and long-term investment. Once certified, the Company's heat exchange, evaporation crystallization, and distillation equipment will compete and serve in the international market with a technical posture and documentation system that comply with international codes—moving from having export capability to gaining recognition in high-end markets.
II. Twofold Accumulation
The synchronized advancement of the three projects will ultimately converge into the accumulation of the Company's assets.
In terms of technical assets, more mature design methods, more reliable process routes, and stricter manufacturing and inspection standards will be deposited into drawings, specifications, and work instructions, becoming a technological foundation the Company can rely on over the long term.
In terms of digital assets, data, models, algorithms, and process knowledge will gradually take shape as a system. These assets exist not in physical form but feature continuous value appreciation—the more fully they are used, the richer the accumulation, and the more pronounced their supportive role in operations.
Plant and equipment depreciate over time, while technical and digital assets appreciate continuously through ongoing accumulation. This is precisely the core value of this transformation: it is not a one-time investment, but the establishment of a long-term foundation for future development.
